Where do we ship to?
We ship nationwide and internationally. Shipping time depends on your location, but we do our best to get your products in the mail as quickly as possible.
How long does it take to get?
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed and shipped. Shipping time depends on your location. We use first-class mail and the USPS website states that they estimate mail is delivered in 2-8 days. Remember, that we are humans and doulas, and so if there is a delay, it's probably a good bet that we are at a birth. After we return, we will be sure to get your products in the mail.
Who can do a porch pickup?
If you are local to the Vancouver, Washington and Portland, Oregon metro area you can choose to do a porch pickup and get FREE shipping. The address will be sent to you once your order is complete.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, you will be able to ship the product back to us for a full refund while the shipping fees are paid on the customer end.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
